Professor Ivan Zakharov is Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences (in Russia) and has been elected member and corresponding member of a number of specialized academies. He started his scientific research in the field of "Physical Basics of the Dynamic Optical Information Registration in the real-time range on the basis of the solid body multilayer structures with photorefractive crystals"
One of the scientific trends: the data processing methods and means from biological objects studies was also started.
The results of the scientific research were reported at numerous international, All-Union and All-Russian conferences, and the created model pieces of devices were passed to different organizations and institutions, they were also presented at international, All-Union and All-Russian exhibitions where they were highly praised by the professionals: awarded with silver and gold medals of the All-Union Exhibition of National Economy Achievements and of the All-Russian Exhibition Center. More than 120 author's certificates and patents proved the novelty of the developments.
More than 350 scientific papers, 5 of them being monographs, based upon the results of the studies were published.
Under the guidance of Prof. Zakharov a few grand PhD and quite a number of PhD works have been successfully submitted, he also guides the work of many post-graduate students running for the PhD degree. During the formation period of the Russian Academy of Science Prof. Zakharov was one of its founders and electors; he was also the Scientific Research Organization presidium member, council member of the "Cybernetics" complex programme, member of the Black -Soil Regional Scientific Coordination Council, etc.
Prof. Zakharov is editor in chief of the All - Russian monthly "Telecommunications" and also of the "IZVESTIA of the Kursk State Technical University" scientific periodical.
Prof. Zakharov is chairman of a few Grand PhD and PhD Councils. At present he is also leading a few science - technological programmes, performed by the Kursk State Technical University along with the Administration of Kursk region: "Energy saving", "Quality Management in Kursk Region", "Implemention ofI.T.",etc.
All his life, Prof. Zakharov has been working in the system of higher education in the USSR ad in Russia. During his teaching activity he worked out and delivered lectures in physics of semiconductors and optoelectronic devices, physical basics of microelectronics design and technology ofmicrocircuits and microprocessors, functional elements of electronic devices and others.
For the training of young professionals, the specialists of the top qualification, for his successes achieved in the field of sciences and technologies Prof. Zakharov was awarded the title "The Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation", he was also awarded the order of " DRUZHBA" and a number of other medals of honor, certificates of honor and prizes.

Prof. Dr. Milija Zecevic as graduated mathematician taught in high schools and technical schools in Belgrade and was one of the first to solve mathematics program for secondary schools specialized for trade, restaurant keeping and catering and tourism. Based on this programe he has written the book Mathematics for secondary schools.

As a Professor at College of Hotel Management, Prof. Dr. Milija Zecevic has invented the original educational model for high and higher education of employees in hotel and catering industry and tourism as well as in other branches.

Prof. Dr. Zecevic concept of the programs in mathematics, statistics, probability, informatics, hotel management has been built in the present Belgrade College of Hotel Management programes and in other related colleagues. Based on the mentioned programs Prof. Dr. Zecevic wrote books – text books Advanced Mathematics with examples of problems from hotel industry practice. The mathematical model of hotel business as a system was presented in public in Prof. Dr. Milija Zecevic works which encouraged the construction of a large number of hotels in the cities of Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia...

The greatest contribution of Prof. Dr. Milija Zecevic has been related to management philosophy, being the first one who introduced it in the region of South-Eastern Europe and specially in Serbia and implemented through symposiums on leadership, scientific management, international management, international relation, international business, European business, European management, European integration processes.

Jan L.G. DIETZ

Professor Dietz after obtaining his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1970 at Eindhoven University of Technology, worked as practitioner in the field of automation and information systems for 10 years, before starting his scientific career. In 1987 he obtained his Doctoral Degree on the subject of modeling and specifying information systems. In January 1988 he was appointed Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Maastricht in the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, where he started the development of the DEMO theory and methodology (Dynamic Essential Modeling of Organizations). The DEMO methodology is a well-established, sound and tested methodology, taught in several universities polytechnic schools. The methodology is reported in numerous books, journal articles and international conferences.
From September 1994 on he is Professor of Information Systems at Delft University of Technology. Delft University of Technology is the oldest, largest, most complete and modern university of technology in the Netherlands. It is one of the leading universities of Europe.
Professor Dietz has been involved in developing and teaching numerous courses inside as well as outside the university, he has designed and implemented a variety of information systems, and he has published a large amount of scientific and professional papers as well as several books and book chapters.
He is co-founder of the DEMO Knowledge Center, the institutional meeting point for academicians and practitioners who are involved in DEMO. He has also been member and chairman of the board of the VRI (the Dutch Association of Registered Professional Informaticians). During that time he developed the L_PASO-framework for describing professional functions in informatics as well as for the professional development and the certification of informaticians.
Professor Dietz has been member of the board of EXIN (the Dutch Institute for Examinations in Informatics) and of PAO-I (the Dutch Foundation for Post Academic Education in Informatics). He is also secretary of the board of the Silicon Polder Fund, a foundation for providing seed capital to young entrepreneurs in the area of ICT-applications, and secretary of the KUBBIK-jury, a Dutch-Belgian jury that awards an annual prize to an outstanding captain of industry or an outstanding academician in the field of informatics.
He is the Dutch national representative in IFIP TC8 (Information Systems), and member of IFIP WG8.1 (Design and Evaluation of Information Systems). Next to that, he is the continuing member of numerous international conference program committees.
In 1999, after careful investigation of his academic and scientific background, the International Informatization Academy elected him as a full member of this Academy. He has also been appointed full professor of the World Information Distributed University, and was awarded an Honorary Diploma of Grand Doctor of Philosophy (Grand Ph.D.) from the same university.
His current interests are in Organizational Engineering, i.e. modeling, redesigning and re-engineering business systems, as well as in Informational Engineering, i.e. designing and engineering advanced ICT-applications to support business systems. In this area he has (co)supervised over 10 Ph.D.s. He is also permanently involved as consultant in practical projects in industry, government, banking and insurance, and health care.

Janet Mills EVANS

Professor Evans is a world famous public figure in Biography and Publishing. She has devoted herself to research of problems of the Civil Society. Side by side with other outstanding scholars, professor Evans has publicly testified an importance of great personalities to society. She has proposed patterns of building nucleus of organization of the prominent individuals of the whole world.
She has proposed to compose and publish a book about 1000 individuals living in the world today, who have demonstrated the ability to be great leaders, thinkers, intellectuals, inventors. She has organized the International Governors Club as an executive body of individuals as an authoritative of worldwide accomplishment. Professor Evans founded the American Order of Excellence - a new society aimed at promoting the achievements of the world's most dedicated and awe-inspiring individuals. The Order will promote the reputations of its constituents and provide a world image for the most successful, diligent and influential men and women in the world. As the president of the American Biographical Institute (ABI), professor Evans founded a new cultural forum that is global in nature. The sophistication and intelligence of individuals associated with the ABI is phenomenal. The wealth of wisdom, creative energy and humanitarian contemplation among this group of people should be shared for the benefit of mankind with a help of this cultural forum. The forum's official name is the United Cultural Convention, based in the United States.
In addition, professor Evans is the president of the Pentland Press. She is a publisher. She was an Editor of the ABI (1973-77), chairman of the Conference on Culture and Education (1984). She is the chairman of the ABI Research Association, the Editor of the Magazine and Newsletter, Director of the International Congresses on Art and Communication.
Professor Evans is the publisher of: International Directory of Distinguished leadership; International Who is Who of Professional and Business Women; 500 leaders of Influence; 2000 Notable American Women; Leading Intellectuals of the World; Millennium Hall of Fame.
She is Honorary Life Fellow of the IBC, the president of the ABI Professor Evans was awarded a Ph.D. degree by the World Information Distributed University in 2000. She has also the title of full Professor from this university. Her professional memberships include: Foundation for International Meetings (Board Member 1992); Publishers Association of the South; Publishers Marketing Association; National Association for Independent Publishers; American Society of Professional and Executive Women; Chamber of Commerce; Direct Marketing Association. For her exceptional service in "Biographies Publishing", Professor Evans was elected as an Academician of the European Academy of Informatization.

Nicholas Simon Law

Professor Nicholas Simon Law is a well-known farsighted public figure in the world and Europe particularly. Over twenty years of his life professor Nicholas S. Law has devoted to bring the peoples together in peace and intellectual understanding. Under his scientific leadership the team editors and scientist at the International Biographical Center (IBC) has reflected the significant achievements of five hundred prominent individuals from across the globe. First Five Hundred of the New Millennium is intended as an indicator to be used by researchers to view life in the 21 century. Professor N. S. Nicholas S. Law is a many-sided educated researcher of the contemporary society. He has certificates of: Wellington College (1973), Surrey County Technical College (1973), Cambridge College of Arts and Technology (1974). He has doctoral degree (Ph.D.) of the World Information Distributed University (WIDU) and is a Full Professor of the WIDU. Dr. Law is a Congress Director of the International Congress on Arts and Communications. He is the Director General of the International Biographical Center Cambridge and the Director of Wings of Whyteleafe Ltd. He was a Production Director of Melrose Press Ltd. (1982-88), the Chief Executive (1988-93), and Managing Director of the IBC (1993).

He is a member of: International Platform Association; Cambridge Business and Professional Club; Cambridge Training and Enterprise Council; Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings; Alfa Romeo Owners Club. For his exceptional service in “Biographies Publishing”, Professor Law in 2000 was elected as an Academician of the European Academy of Informatization.

A significant scientist in the field of mechanics of deformed bodies and mathematical modeling of complex systems and processes. Author of about 200 scientific works and seven inventions. Last years the scientific interests of A.N. Kudinov were directed for creation of mathematical models of complex systems (economic, ecological etc.). Twice, in 1993 and 1997, the American Biographical Society honored him with a title "Man of Year".
For the progress in scientific-pedagogical and public activity was awarded with order "Badge of Honor", medal "For Working Valor".

TVER STATE UNIVERSITY
Founded in 1971 on the basis of Kalinin State Pedagogical Institute, predecessor of which is Tver Teacher's Institute founded in 1917.
The university consists of 14 faculties, 80 chairs. Training of bachelors, specialists and masters is carried out by five directions and 25 specialties.
More than 9500 people study at the university. Professorial-teaching staff numbers 757 people, including doctors of science, the professors - 77, PhDs, the senior lecturers - 363. MOSCOW STATE LAW ACADEMY
Founded in 1993 on the basis of Moscow Law Institute. It was a successor of All-Union Law Correspondence Institute created in 1947.
By the estimates of International Association of Criminal Law the academy tops 1 in Russia among the law educational institutes.
The academy carries out training of specialists on a series of specialties, including "Jurisprudence", certified by a degree of higher education with the awarding of qualification "lawyer" to the graduating students. The university consists of seven faculties, where about
5000 students study.
Educational process and scientific researches are carried out by more than 500 scientific-pedagogical workers. The university trains specialists on eight directions and 24 specialties.
The university is a collective member of IAS HS, Russian
Engineering Academy, Academy of Transport, Academy
of Technological Sciences of the RF.
During their vacations the students can rest in a sports camp "Polytechnic", situated in a pine forest at the bank of the Volga.

Founded in December 1965. It was the first institute of the country for the training of highly qualified specialists in electronics. In 1992 got a status of technical university. The university consists of seven faculties, 37 chairs, 18 of which grant certificates, five base chairs and six educational centres. Total of students is 5000. Teaching is carried out on 22 specialties, nine directions, 14 master programs. 620 teachers take part in the training of specialists, including six correspondent members of RAS and branch academies, 72 professors and doctors of science, more than 300 PhDs and senior lecturers. MSIET has a large scientific base. It consists of: scientific-production complex "Technologic centre", Technopark, several branch laboratories, a plant "Proton".

Published two monographs, several educational aids, more than 200 scientific articles. Author of 38 inventions.

MOSCOW STATE INSTITUTE OF RADIO
ENGINEERING. ELECTRONICS AND AUTOMATION
(TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY) (MIREA)
Founded in 1947 as All-Union Correspondence Energetic Institute (ACEI) with the blanches in Leningrad. Kiev. Novosibirsk and other cities.
In 19(i7 was reorganized into Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering. Electronics and Automation (MIREA) with the branches in Dubna and Alexandrov. In 1993 got a status of state technical university. Training of specialists on full-time mode is carried out in six faculties, on mixed and correspondence modes in five faculties and two branches: in Fryazino and Dubna. MIREA consists of 101 chairs.
Different forms of pre-university and postgraduate training are being developed including Evening Physics-Mathematical School. Lyceum of information technologies, preparatory courses, postgraduate study (on 18 directions). Five specialized boards for defense of PhD and doctor dissertations work in the university.

Founded in 1995 as a non-governmental higher education institution. Since 1996 - university of the International Academy of Sciences of San-Marino. The University has developed a program of escalated learning and development of prodigy students with transcendental pedagogics of professor Yu.P. Azarov. It implements social programs of free of charge education of talented youth, orphans from the families of military men, killed in action in Afghanistan and Chechnya. Special non-traditional obligatory classes - touch typing, stenography, quick reading, Esperanto, leadership theory, development of special abilities. The University has multimedia computer, classes, leads an active publishing activity on publication of educational-methodical materials and popular editions on economics, law and management.
The University has cooperation programs with Russian Secondary and Higher Education Institutions and foreign universities, publishes an illustrated magazine "Scienco kaj Kulturo" in Esperanto, which has subscribers in 24 countries of the world.

TULA STATE UNIVERSITY
Founded as Tula Mechanical Institute in 1930. Renamed in 1995.
The University has 12 faculties, 65 departments, center for distance education, regional advanced training and retraining center, center for social and humanitarian education, center of fundamental studies, regional center of new information technologies, institute of new medical technologies, a graduate school in 12 scientific trends and 48 scientific specialities, a doctorate school in 5 scientific trends and 17 scientific specialities. The faculty staff numbers 230 Doctors of Sciences, about 700 PhDs, 80 member of international and Russian academies. More than 13 000 students are trained at the University.
The University has cooperation programs with a number of universities of Europe, Asia and America. In 1980 on its 50th anniversary the University was awarded with the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

Honored Scientist and Technician of the RF. His majors are researches in the field of chemistry and technology of polyfunctional aromatic compounds. Six doctors and more than 30 PhDs have been trained by him.
Author of about 600 scientific works, including three monographs and more than 180 authorial certificates.
In 1995 was awarded with Order of Honor.

YAROSLAVL P.G. DEMIDOV STATE UNIVERSITY
Official historic assignee of Demidovski Lyceum founded in 1803.
366 teachers work in the university, more than 60% of whom have college degrees and titles. About 5000 students study at nine faculties of the university.
YarSU consists of 43 chairs, an academic centre Internet, a scientific library, a publishing house, first and the only one in Russia Humane Scientific-Technological Park "Yaroslavia", a centre of new information technologies, a centre of pre-university and supplementary education. The university is a member of European Association of Universities, member of Eurasian Association of Universities. Headquarters of International Academy of Psychological Sciences, a regional centre of IAS HS, as well as American Centre of Academic Exchanges are functioning with YarSU.

Kazakov's professional life is connected with the Penza State Pedagogical University: a laboratory assistant, assistant, senior instructor, dean of the physics and mathematics faculty, chair of the department of general physics.

Kazakov is the chairman of the board of the regional organization of "Znanie" Society, of the regional department of the Congress of the Russian Intelligentsia and deputy chairman of the Council of Rectors of Penza.

PENZA V.G. BELINSKY STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY
The oldest education institution in Penza it was found ed in 1939 as Penza Teaching Institute with a 2 yea program of training teachers of 5-7 grades. In 1994 i was renamed State Pedagogical University. The University has education institutions of differen levels (pedagogical college, prep school and lyceum ) There are 12 faculties and 61 departments. 200 graduates students study 21 specialities. The faculty consists of 660 instructors, 70% of them have scientific degrees. More than 11 000 students study 29 specialities at the University. In 1993 foreign students faculty was founded with a preliminary training department and bachelor's degree course of philology. The student body counts more than 130 students from Europe, Asia and Australia studying at different faculties and at the graduate school.

Born in Kharkov in 1954. Graduated from Ivanov State university with honours degree in 1975. He has been working in the university for 25 years where he started as an assistant. Served as pro-rector on scientific work. Heads the Economic Analysis and Accounting Chair. Member of the three Thesis Councils, Member of the Presidium of the Academy of Production Managers, Chairman of the Region Expert Economic Council. Five theses were maintained under his guidance.
His majors are production management, economic analysis. Published more than 70 scientific works including two monograph entitled "Economic Problems of Reliability of Production Systems", "Finance Assets Market".

Laureate of Academician A.I. Maltsev Region Award.

IVANOV STATE UNIVERSITY
Founded in January 1, 1974 on the basis of Ivanov State Pedagogical Institute.
450 lecturers including more than 70 doctors of sciences, professors, 250 PhDs, assistant professors work at 49 university chairs. There are eight academicians, 12 Honoured Workers of Sciences and Honoured Workers of Higher Institutions.
More than 6000 students take in IvSU fundamental courses on 17 specialties including mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, sociology, history, law, journalism, philology (Russian and Roman-German), social activity, finance and credit, accounting and audit, national economy, management, information system in economics. There is the largest in the region graduate school where 187 graduate students study and a doctorate course. Scientific pedagogical personnel is training on 32 specialties. There are nine thesis councils including five doctor ones. Lately 23 doctor theses and more than 50 candidate theses have been defended.
