In work of the International Electronic Conference "The Global problems and Education
" have taken part the chiefs of scientific establishments and universities from USA,
Belgium, Spain, England, Switzerland, Latvia of the Netherlands, Russia, Byelorussia,
Korea, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Hungary, Turkmenistan, representatives UNO.
At a conference the questions of preparation of the experts of maximum qualification for
the decision of global problems were discussed. The importance of the carried out work by
universities and higher educational institutions in structure of the World Information
Distributed University (WIDU) on preparation and award of degrees of the doctor and Grand
Doctor of Philosophy was marked.
The participants of a conference have noted the importance of preparation and
certification of the experts of maximum qualification for the programs Grand Doctor of
Philosophy in various fields of knowledge in connection with transition to an information
Society. The level of knowledge Grand Doctor of Philosophy confirmed by presence more 100
scientific works, 3-rd published monographies and participation in preparation 10-20
Doctors of Philosophy, is sufficient for organization of works under the decision of
global problems under the direction of the experts of such type.
The participants of a conference have noted expediency of realization of works on
preparation of the experts of maximum qualification in interests of the European Union.
