Fadey SARKISYAN

Academician Fadey SARKISYAN has graduated from the World Information Distributed University in 2004. He received the degrees of PhD and of Grand PhD.He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. SARKISYAN FADEY TACHATOVICH is the President of the National Academy of the Sciences of Armenia. He was born on September 18, 1923 in Yerevan. He studied at the Yerevan polytechnic institute (1940-1942), he graduated from the Leningrad military electrotechnical signal troops academy of the name of Budenniy (1942-1946). From 1946 through 1963 he was the colleague of the scientific and technical committee for main rocket- artillery management MO SSSR - Ministry of Defense of the USSR. In 1952 he participated as the adviser on PVO - AIR DEFENSE in the war shooting in C.P.R. - CHINESE PEOPLES' REPUBLIC. In 1963-1977 he worked as the director of the Yerevan scientific research institute of mathematical machines, as the chief designer of the special large automated control systems. Under his management and with his direct participation in these years were created and manufactured the electronic computers:"Rasdan ", Nairis", ES-1030, ES-1040, ES-1045 and computer complexes both in the USSR and abroad. The automated control systems of national-economic and defense application are developed and manufactured. In 1977 Mr. Sarkisyan was appointed as the Chairman of the council of ministers of the Ar.SSR. In the time of the work of government headed by Mr. Sarkisyan the volume of the industrial production of republic grew more than two, developed such low-power-consuming and low-metal-containing branches as precise machine building, radio electronics, informatics, instrument manufacture; at accelerated tempo were developed power engineering, transport, social sphere; were developed and put into use the most important transport networks, including the first queue of Yerevan metro, the railroads of Masis-Nurnus, Idjevan-Rasdan, motor roads, gas pipes. In the republic number of the important ecological problems was for the first time solved: it is realized the complete reconstruction only in the USSR plant for the production of chloroprene natural rubber -NPO "Nairit", which made possible not only to sharply decrease harmful ejections, but also to avoid catastrophic explosions. The reconstruction of the Kirovakanskey chemical plant, Kanakersk aluminum plant, Alaverd metallurgical complex made it possible to considerably improve the ecological situation in the republic, to increase the culture of production and the quality of output. Under the management and with the straight participation of Mr. Sarkisyan was realized the reconstruction and reprofiling of the Razdanskey chemical plant, which made it possible to avoid destruction of one of the most valuable places of leisure of tens of thousands of children and to ensure creation of one of the radio plants largest in the USSR; are introduced into the exploitation 49 kilometers of channel "Arpa- Sevan", is built channel "Vorotan- Arpa" for the transfer of waters to Sevan lake, a number of measures for the rescuing of this unique source of drinking water, irrigation and electric power is carried. In 1988-1989 Mr. Sarkisyan - the leader of staff on overcoming of the consequences of the Spitaksky earthquake organized measures for the rescuing of people and the restoration of that destroyed. In 1989 Mr. Sarkisyan passes into the department of physicotechnical sciences and information theory of the academy of sciences of Armenia, where he works as the academician-secretary to 1993. In 1993 academician Sarkisyan was selected by the President of the National Academy of the Sciences of Armenia. Mr. Sarkisyan - the doctor of technical sciences (eqv. Grand PhD), the author and co-author is more than 200 scientific projects, articles, communications, reports in the field of radar and radio electronics, computer technology, systems of control, organization of production, published predominantly in the confidential books. He is the Honorable academician of Armenian philosophical academy (1991), international academy "Ararat" in Paris (1994), international engineering academy (1994); Active member of the international association of the academies of sciences (1993), international academy of Informatization (1995), Portuguese academy of history (1995), general assembly of the international association of scientific unions (1993), general assembly of the International Federation for Information processing (1995). Academician Sarkisyan since 1961 was repeatedly selected by the Deputy to the Supreme Soviet of Ar.SSR and USSR, by candidate for members in the CC CPSU; the Deputy of the national meeting of the republic of Armenia (1995-1999 and since 1999). For the prominent achievements in the creation of a series of electronic computers "Nairi" (1960-1970), on which in the USSR were for the first time used integrated microcircuits and hardware of automatic programming, academician Sarkisyan with the coauthors became the laureate of the State Prize of the USSR (1971) and the State Prize of the Ukraine (1986). For the creation of the large hierarchical automatic systems for the special-purpose control with the unique characteristics on the reliability, the readiness factor, authenticity of calculations academician Sarkisyan with the coauthors became the two-fold laureate of the State Prize of the USSR (1981). The outstanding organizer, statesman and scientist, Major General and academician Sarkisyan is noted by many government rewards: by the Order of Lenin (1981), October Revolution (1971), by three Order of the Red Banners (1965, 1976 1986), by Medal for Distinguished Combat Service (1952), by many medals OF THE USSR, and also C.P.R. - CHINESE PEOPLES' REPUBLIC and other foreign countries.

He created the Post-Graduation and University Extension Department of FERP and published the university magazine ALEPH. He teachs in this department, his famous holistic courses in Science and Consciousness. Professor of UNIPAZ- International Holistic University in Brasilia, Brazil. Dr Francisco Di Biase received his Specialization (1800h) degree in Neurosurgery in 1987, with honors, from his master Dr Paulo Niemeyer, with the tesis Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus- Surgical Criteria, in the Center of Medicine and Biological Sciences of Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Academician Professor Emeritus Dr. Deric N. Bircham Royal Prince & Chief Atunluse of the Kingdom of Ogba Prince Deric, Academician Professor Emeritus Dr. Deric Bircham was the fourth son of Stanley Ernest and Rita Muriel Bircham (both now deceased) born in Wellington, New Zealand December 16th 1934. His English family can be traced back through the Squires of English Villages in Norfolk to 1360. Prof. Bircham carries duel citizenship of both New Zealand and Great Britain. He was Legally Adopted by Royal Charter and through the High Courts of Nigeria into the Ashade Royal Family in 2002 by His Majesty King (Oba) Dr. Ibrahim Sanni Arolagbade Ashade (IV) The Ologba Of Ogba Kingdom as a Son of the King and a Chief of the Ancient Kingdom of Ogbaland that has been acknowledged by the British Crown since the 1850’s. He is the advisor to the Kingdom on International Affairs and Confident to his Majesty the King. His career path was spent with 26 years in the New Zealand Public Service in Wellington from 1952-1978 in the Ministries of Soil Conservation and Rivers Control, Tourist and Publicity, Works and Development and Foreign Affairs, after which time he relocated to the Southern City of Dunedin where he was appointed onto the staff of the University of Otago from 1978 – 1989 after which time he returned to the Capital to commence his own Business in Natural and Complimentary Medicine and also help establish several International Organisations. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1985 with a major in “Visual Communication” and in 1987 a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a thesis in “Psychological Management” both from California University for Advanced Studies, San Francisco, USA. In 2000 he was awarded with a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with the thesis “Aspects of Management”, also in 2000 he completed a Doctor of Science Degree with a thesis “Nerve Stimulation” from the Open International University for Complimentary Medicine in Sri Lanka as well as a Doctor of Medicine with his thesis being “Nerve Stimulation Therapeutics” from the Open International University for Complimentary Medicine Faculty of Medical Studies, Medicina Alternativa Institute in association with the with the Zoroastrian College in India. In 2002 he was awarded a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Western Reserve University under the European Union and a Royal Charter and in 2005 he was awarded a Ph.D in Arts and Letters from California University, USA, and more recently a Ph.D and Grand D.Sc from the Académie Européenne de l’Informatisation, World Information Distributed University. He has received many Doctorate Degrees Honoris Causa from Universities around the World, covering several in Philosophy in many fields, others in Psychology, Literature, Science, Letters, Music, Alternative Medicine, Humanities, Political Science, Education, Orthomolecular Medicine, Pedagogy, Public Relations, and Jurisprudence Law and several Diplomas and Post Graduate Diplomas Honoris Causa, in Public Relations, Culture and Humanitarian Relations, Science, Education, Pedagogy, International Relations, Education (Multi), Arts & Letters, and Chinese Wisdom. He attended post graduate seminars and courses in “Pain Management” and “Sports Medicine” in Australia held by The Royal Australian General Practitioners Association adding to his skills and knowledge which resulted in his being awarded the Albert Schweitzer Prize for Alternative Medicine in 1997, Certificate of Excellence in the Healing Arts from Medicina Alternativa, and the Laureate of Honour with the appointment of “Royal Physician” of the Ancient Royal Order of Physicians of Sri Lanka dedicated to the memory of King Buddhadasa. He also undertook studies in the ancient form of healing known as Reiki to Master level. (Shamballa Method of Healing). Awards of Excellence & Special Certificate of Merit in Health Sciences (Mazdayashnie Monastery, India), Awards of Excellence in Education and Services to Humanity, together with Holistic World Health Congress Certificate, Millennium Award for Education, Zoroastrian College (India). Honourary Life Membership of “Amigos de la Holistica” (Spain) conferred upon him in 2000 and in 2001 the International Board of Orthomolecular Medicine Gibraltar (European Union) Board Certified him as an Orthomolecular Medical Practitioner. In 2004 he was made a Companion of the Order of the International Professional Research Association for Integrated Medicine and in 2005 the Commission on Academic Standards in the Healing Arts (CASHA) honoured him. 1996 saw him conferred Academician to the Italian Accademia Costantiniana de Letters, Arti e Scienze, and in 2002 made Emeritus Professor of Bircham International University also Professor Emeritus of the Zoroastrian College and the Status of Academician of the Mazdayashnie Monastery (India) as well as The Indian Council of Natural Medicine and Research (India) appointed him a “Pundit” for Services to Medical Sciences and Humanity. His interest in Mental Mathematics commenced in 1998 and along with other colleagues established The International Institute of Mental Arithmetic in association with the World Mental Arithmetic Inc of Taiwan. The President of Taiwan, President Lee presented him, and three colleagues with large Presidential Silver Salvors each at a Special Dinner Reception held in their honour in recognition of their contribution of the development of Mental Mathematics in Taiwan.
