Shirley
Marie Jacobsen,
PhD, GrandPhD, First Grand Dame SEC, BCA, LFIBA, FABI, DDG, DG, IOM, MOIF,CH, LDAF Dr. Shirley Jacobsen, is an inductee in "The 500 Leaders of World Influence Hall of Fame", and International Society of Poets Hall of Fame and is an outstanding international scholar, advocate of world peace, Secretary General of the United Cultural Centre, Deputy Governor of the American Institute Research Association, Deputy Director General of the International Biographical Association for the Americas; and has been recognized for her outstanding contribution to world peace, international relations, philosophy, literature, the arts, music, diplomacy, humanities, philanthropy and research. She is a founder member of the London Diplomatic Academy, speaker at the Madrid Conference on November 11, 2002, "The Gestation of the Embryo for World Peace" and was inducted as dame of the World Order of Science, Education, and Culture by the Academy of Europeenne Informatisation. Dr. Jacobsen attended the Democratic Leadership Council as delegate of the American Biographical Institute in 1999 and contributed commentary papers on each seminar. She is founder member of the Clinton Library Foundation and contributor to "the World's Poem for Peace" which is housed in Washington DC. |
