Academician Vladislav G. ZAKHAREVICH. Rector of the Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering-TSURE. He was born on October12, 1946 in Krasnodar Territory, Russia.He had graduated with honours from the TSURE for MS degree on 1969.He served in army.Since 1971 the TSURE has become his destiny.He was an engineer, postgradute student, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Chair of the Engineering Psychology Department, Director and Chief Designer of Bureau RHITHM, known by research and development in the field of Bio-Electronics. In 1990 Prof. ZAKHAREVICH was elected as a Rector of the TSURE and he is succeeding on this responsible position now. During this time the University became the leading technical university in the South of Russia. Academician ZAKHAREVICH is an active member of many scientific organizations. He is the President of Association of Higher and Secondary Vocational Educational Institutions,member of the Council of Higher Educational Institution's Rectors in Rostov region,Vice-President of Russian Academy of Engineering Science and the Chairman of its North Caucasus Branch. He is active member of four International Academies. He is awarded by several Soviet and Russian medals and orders. Grand PhD V.G. ZAKHAREVICH is a famous scientist in the field of the man-machine and biotechnical information systems.He has published four books and about 140 scientific papers.He was an academic adviser of one Russian Doctor's (eq. Rector of Kursk State Technical University earned the Degrees of Ph.D., Grand Ph.D.and the Certificate of Professor from the World Information Distributed University. Professor Ivan Zakharov has Degrees of MS, KANDIDAT NAUK (eqv.PhD),DOKTOR NAUK(eqv.Grand PhD)and Certificate of Professor (in Russia).He is member of a number of specialized academies. He started his scientific research in the field of "Physical Basics of the Dynamic Optical Information Registration in the real-time range on the basis of the solid body multilayer structures with photorefractive crystals" One of the scientific trends: the data processing methods and means from biological objects studies was also started. The results of the scientific research were reported at numerous international, All-Union and All-Russian conferences, and the created model pieces of devices were passed to different organizations and institutions, they were also presented at international, All-Union and All-Russian exhibitions where they were highly praised by the professionals: awarded with silver and gold medals of the All-Union Exhibition of National Economy Achievements and of the All-Russian Exhibition Center. More than 120 author's certificates and patents proved the novelty of the developments. Under the guidance of Prof. Zakharov a few Grand PhD, quite a number of PhD works have been successfully submitted, he also guides the work of many post-graduate students running for the PhD degree. During the formation period of the Russian Academy of Science Prof. Zakharov was one of its founders and electors; he was also the Scientific Research Organization presidium member, council member of the "Cybernetics" complex programme, member of the Black -Soil Regional Scientific Coordination Council, etc. Prof. Zakharov is editor in chief of the All - Russian monthly "Telecommunications" and also of the "IZVESTIA of the Kursk State Technical University" scientific periodical. Prof. Zakharov is chairman of a few Grand PhD and PhD Councils. At present he is also leading a few science - technological programmes, performed by the Kursk State Technical University along with the Administration of Kursk region: "Energy saving", "Quality Management in Kursk Region", "Implemention ofI.T.",etc. All his life, Prof. Zakharov has been working in the system of higher education in the USSR ad in Russia. During his teaching activity he worked out and delivered lectures in physics of semiconductors and optoelectronic devices, physical basics of microelectronics design and technology ofmicrocircuits and microprocessors, functional elements of electronic devices and others. For the training of young professionals, the specialists of the top qualification, for his successes achieved in the field of sciences and technologies Prof. Zakharov was awarded the title "The Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation", he was also awarded the order of " DRUZHBA" and a number of other medals of honor, certificates of honor and prizes.

Ph.D. in Technology, professor, full member of Petrovski Academy of Sciences and Arts. Born in March 16, 1940 in Torgovoye Talyzino of the Sechenovski District of the Nizhni Novgorod Region. In 1957 graduated from Ivanovo Industrial Technical high school, in 1964 - from Ivanovo Textile Institute, in 1967 - from postgraduate course of N.E. Bauman MHTS. Began his activity in 1957 as a shoe factory locksmith. Since December of 1967 has worked in Ivanovo Textile Institute (since 1994 -Ivanovo State Textile Academy), besinning as an assistant to rector. His major is technology of products' assembly in mechanical engineering. Two educational aids for students, some articles and methodical works were published on this matter. Awarded with order "Badge of Honor", badge "For Excellent Working Successes", Badge "For Active Work". Fond of music (in his student years played the trumpet in a variety and brass bands). Has two sons. IVANOVO STATE TEXTILE ACADEMY Founded in May 17, 1930 as Ivanovo Textile Institute on the basis of textile faculty of Ivanovo-Voznesensk Polytechnic Institute, established in 1918. In 1994 it was given a status of state academy.
