OUTSTANDING RESEARCHERS & PROFESSORS
In
accordance with the generally adopted criteria to qualify
for outstanding researchers and professors, a person
need satisfy the following criteria:
1. Documentary proof of person's receipt of major prizes or award for outstanding
achievement in the academic field;
2. Documentation of the person's membership in associations in the academic
field which require outstanding achievements of their members;
3. Evidence of the person's original scientific or scholarly research
contributions to the academic field;
4. Evidence of the person's authorship of scholarly books or articles (in
journals with international circulation) in the academic field;
5. Availability of the person's Diploma of Grand PhD and Certificate of
Full Professor.

Has the daughter and the son Professional work: 1973-1987 - the teacher at history-philological faculty of Tirana university 1987-1991 - Chair of Russian and the assistant to the dean of history-philological faculty 1991-1992 - the dean of Faculty of foreign languages 1993-1994 - visit-professor of Saint-Petersburg state university (Russia) 1994-1997 - head of Department of Slavic philology and Balkan at Tirana university 1997-2002 - the Plenipotentiary ambassador of Republic Albania in Republic Bulgaria Since April 2002 -the Plenipotentiary ambassador of Republic Albania in the Russian Federation.
