OUTSTANDING RESEARCHERS & PROFESSORS

In accordance with the generally adopted criteria to qualify for outstanding researchers and professors, a person need satisfy the following criteria:
1. Documentary proof of person's receipt of major prizes or award for outstanding achievement in the academic field;
2. Documentation of the person's membership in associations in the academic field which require outstanding achievements of their members;
3. Evidence of the person's original scientific or scholarly research contributions to the academic field;
4. Evidence of the person's authorship of scholarly books or articles (in journals with international circulation) in the academic field;
5. Availability of the person's Diploma of Grand PhD and Certificate of Full Professor.

Professor Razumny is a prominent figure of world community. He is renowned as a prominent philosopher, a subtle aesthete, a notable pedagogue and an illustrious publicist. Academician Razumny has created a doctrine of humanity development. He suggested to investigate a sociocultural process of human’s society development as an unity of knowledge’s profundity, of feeling’s harmonicity and faith’s heartfulness. . He based problems of dramatic of existence of modern civilization and determined a sense and a future prospect of mankind. He defined a key role of art for a social environment of humanity. His research results of gnoseological problems of aesthetics were published in monographs: Problem of characteristic in the aesthetics; Unity of ethical and aesthetics in the art and others. Academician Razumny proposed a conception of aesthetic education of youth: The Spiritual Need-The emotional Experience-The Conscious Activity. It was published in the monograph: The Aesthetic Education Essence. Forms. Methods. Professor Razumny proposed a syllabus of integrative education, utilizing a game technology. Academician Razumny has published a series of books, devoted to the dramatic of humanity of existence: The Dramatic of Being or the Discovery of sense; In Search of sense. These monographs are pearls of philosophy and well known in the world. Professor Razumny wrote more than 350 scientific articles and 40 monographs, devoted to problems of modern culture. He graduated from the Russian State University of Cinematography for Degrees of MS(1948) and KANDIDAT NAUK (eqv. PhD 1952). He earned the Degree of DOKTOR NAUK (eqv. Grand PhD) from the Institute of Philosophy of Academy of Sciences in 1962. He is a Russian State Professor(1968). He took part in training more than 108 doctorates. He graduated from the World Information Distributed University (WIDU) for Degrees of PhD and Grand PhD. He has a Certificate of Full Professor of the WIDU. Professor Razumny is an editor-in-chief of journal of World of Education. Education in the World. He is an active as a professor of many universities. Many years he was a director of State Publishing House<>. He is a War Veteran and he took part in the war in 1941 1943. He has many battle honours and Government decorations for the development of Russian education. He is a cavalier and a commander of the World Order<< Science. Education. Culture>>. He is a member of many Academies: the AEI, the IIA, the APSS, the IPA and the APE. Professor Razumny is a member of the Union of theatrical workers and a member of Union of Cinematographers of Russia. Academician Razumny was born in October15, 1924. He is crazy on the Russian ballet, the aqualung and the fascinating fauna.

Joseph Verner REED has graduated from the World Information Distributed University in 1999. He received the degree of Ph.D in Global Problems. He has the Certificate of Full Professor of the WIDU. Professor Reed is the Under Secretary General of the United Nations. Joseph Verner Reed was born in New York City and is a graduate of Yale University, Class of 1961.Following his university studies, he joined the World Bank as Private Secretary to the President. From 1963 to 1981 he was Vice President and Assistant to the Chairman of the Chase Manhattan Bank, Mr. David Rockefeller.Mr. Reed was appointed by President Ronald Reagan as Ambassador of the United States of America to the Kingdom of Morocco in 1981 and in 1985 as the Representative of the United States to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations as Deputy Permanent Representative at the United States Mission. In 1987, he was appointed Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations for Political and General Assembly Affairs. In early 1989, President George Bush appointed Ambassador Reed the Chief of Protocol of the United States of America, where he served until late 1991. In 1992, the then Secretary-General of the United Nations, Dr. Boutros Boutros-Ghali, appointed Ambassador Reed Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Special Representative for Public Affairs, concluding his assignment in February 1997. In June 1997, Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Kofi A. Annan, re-appointed Ambassador Reed as Under-Secretary-General and President of the Staff-Management Coordination Committee, the highest internal body of the World Organization. Vladimir RESIN has graduated from the World Information Distributed University for degrees of PhD and Grand PhD in 2000. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. Professor Resin was awarded by decoration and bestowed the title of Cavalier of World Order # Science, Education, Culture# in 2005.
Vladimir Iosifovich Resin was born on February, 21st, 1936 in Minsk. In 1958 has ended the Moscow College of mines on a specialty economy and the organization of a mining industry. Till 1965 he worked as the construction superintendent and the chief of a site on various constructions of the Soviet Union. In 1975 ten years later and as the chief "GLAVMOCINGCTROI" he has been appointed by the deputy chief, and with 1987 till 1988 he is the chief "Glavmocpromctroi". With 1989 for 1990 he is the first vice-president, chairman Mosstrojkomitet. With 1990 for 1991 was the vice-president of executive committee Mossovet, chairman of Mosstrojkomitet.He became the assistant to prime-minister, minister of the government of Moscow, the head of a construction and investment complex of city later. Since 1996 he holds a post of the first assistant to prime-minister of the government of Moscow and the head of a complex of perspective development of city, minister of the government of capital. He has printed works. Viktor Ryzhakov has been Chief of the Chair "Technical Control of Quality" of Penza Technological Institute, a branch of Penza State University since 1995.He has graduated from the World Information Distributed University in 2003 (PhD and Grand PhD in Global Problems). He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. He is a Russian Doctor of Technical Sciences,Russian State Professor, and Academician of the RF Academy of Quality Problems. He was born on October 12, 1938, in the village Verkhniy Shkaft of Penza region. In 1961 he graduated from Penza Polytechnical Institute, in 1968 - Penza State Pedagogical Institute named after V. G. Belinsky. In 1973 he defended the dissertation for the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in Moscow Forestry Institute(PhD°, in 1994 - the dissertation for the scientific degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences (eqv.Grand PhD) in Moscow State Forestry University. In 1997 he was awarded with the title of Professor of the Chair "Technical Control of Quality" and since 1997 he has been Academician of the RF Academy of Quality Problems. His scientific interests are: metrology, reliability, non-accurate logic, qualimetrics. He has published more than 400 scientific works, including educational materials approved by Educational Methodic Association, three monographs. He has author's certificates of the USSR and RF patents on his inventions. He was awarded by Diplomas of Honours of the USSR General Mechanical Engineering Ministry, of RF Ministry of Education, of the Central Committee of Trade Unions, by the badge "USSR Inventor", by Gold Medal "Veteran of Labour", by the Prize and Diploma of Honour of Penza Region Governor. He is married, has two children.
