Leon NERONSKIY has received degrees of the PhD and the Grand PhD from the World Information Distributed University. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. He is Professor of Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics and Automation (MIREA), IEEE Member. Dr. Neronskiy is a distinguished scientist in the field of in¬formation technologies, the Earth Remote Sensing, Space borne Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Design and Application. He was born on June 3, 1932, Moscow District, Russia. Education and Degrees: Radio Faculty of the Moscow Energy Institute (1955), Post-graduate course (1965), Candidate of Technical Science Degree (PhD)), Assistant professor (1973), Retrain course on Theory and Methods of Radar System Modeling (1982), Doctor of Science (Techniques) Russian Degree (1998). Modem computer and Internet technologies, methods of mathematical modeling based on MATLAB software are inculcated in his educational programs for students and postgraduates (MATLAB workshop manual: " Modeling of Signal Transfor¬mations in SAR", 2001). Leon Neronskiy is a member of the IEEE (Ground Remote Sensing and Electronic Device socie¬ties), he is an active users of IEEE electronics library. Leon Neronskiy is a Deputy scientific leader of the Ivan Grevs International Research and Educa¬tional Centre (IGIREC). He is the author of The Information Program "Scientists Chain Program" (SCP), planned for realization through the IGIREC enterprise. Zamil NIGMATOV

Zamil NIGMATOV graduated from the World Information Distributed University in 2004. He received the degree of PhD and the degree of Grand PhD. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. Professor Nigmatov is the Rector of Kazan State Pedagogical University. Zamil Gazizovitch Nigmatov was born November 1939, in Yutaza, Tatarstan. In June 1963, he graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Kazan State Pedagogical University, and in June 1974, he graduated from the Department of Mathematics in English of Moscow State Pedagogical University. He took a post-graduate course at Kazan State Pedagogical University, where he specialized in Pedagogical Sciences (1980); took his Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Degree at the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (I99O). He speaks fluently Languages: Tatar; Russian; English. Zamil G. Nigmatov worked as a teacher of Mathematics in the secondary schools of Tatarstan, in Somali, Africa; Rector of Elabuga State Pedagogical University; Vice-Rector of Kazan State Pedagogical University. He is now a Professor, Head of Department of Pedagogical Sciences, Rector of Kazan State Pedagogical University. Membership in Professional Organizations: International Academy of Informatics, International Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, Honored Professor of the Higher School of Tatarstan, Head of the Dissertation Council for the Defence of Degrees for Doctor of Pedagogical Studies (of Specialty - Common Pedagogical Science) at Kazan State Pedagogical University, the Honored worker of a science of the Russian Federation. For outstanding merits in education, for development of history and theory of Pedagogic Z.G.Nigmatov was announced "Man of the Year - 1997 (USA)" - by American Biographical Institute, and his biography is included in the thirteenth tome of the book about outstanding persons of the World "Who is Who of Intellectuals", which is published by International Biographical Centre (England). He has worked out humanistic traditions of folk Pedagogic, theory and history of development of humanistic training in native Pedagogic. He heads the scientific school "Pluralism and Succession of Humanistic Traditions of People of the World". Z.G.Nigmatov is the author of over 200 scientific works and articles. Such books and monographs as "School's Pedagogic", "Theory and Methods of Training: a course of Lectures", "Essays in History of Pedagogic", "Humanism: Pedagogic and School", "Using Folk Traditions in Education" and many others got a high mark of science-pedagogical society. His hobby is ballet, in the youth he was keen of figure skating. Z.G.Nigmatov is a kind mentor of the youth. He provides guidance for more than forty post-graduates on problems connected with the Pedagogical Science.

NIKANDROV Nikolai Dmitriyevich, the Russian doctor of pedagogical sciences (correspond. Grand PhD), professor, academician of the Russian Academy of Formation (RAF), Vice President RAF in 1992 - 1997, the President of the RAF since 1997. Academician NIKANDROV earned the Degrees of PhD, Grand PhD and Certificate of Full Professor from the World Information Distributed University (WIDU). He is Commander of the World Order of Science,Education,Culture. Academician Nikandrov is the well-known scholar and the organizer of pedagogical science, who enriched pedagogical science by the works of paramount theoretical and practical value into the region of comparative pedagogy, methodology of pedagogy, didactics of the highest pedagogical school. He introduced the important contribution in the development of the content of higher pedagogical education and stimulation of the cognitive activity of students. Under the management of President of the RAF .Nikandrov and with its direct participation in the region of the didactics of the highest pedagogical school are prepared teaching aids "Pedagogy of higher school", " The organization of education and teaching process in the pedagogical institute", "Introduction into the specialty". His works for the first time give the analysis of the didactics of foreign higher school. They show basic trends in development of higher school as the basic field of pedagogy. Developing in the course of its long-standing theoretical and research-experimental case studies of the socio cultural bases of the integration of educational space, professor .Nikandrov opened the complex of the base values of Russian society, after determining conditions, the possibility of the socialization of the growing people. NUZHDIN Vladimir Nikolaevich Ph.D., Grand Ph.D., Full Prof. Rector of Ivanovo State Power Engineering University (ISPEU) since February 1985. Doctor of Science in Technology, professor, Honored Scientist of the RF, Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of Russia, Academician of IAI. Deputy of the regional Legislative Assembly, chairman of society "Knowledge" and chairman of Congress of Intellectuals of the Ivanovo Region. Born in 1940 in Ivanovo. In 1963 graduated from Ivanovo Power Engineering Institute on Electrification of industrial enterprises and plants. For three years worked as a foreman in a defense plant. Headed an inter-university scientific-technical program "Systems of Automated Projecting". Since 1966 has been working in Ivanovo State Power Engineering University. Created in ISPEU a new educational technology - system "Rhythm". Has more than 200 scientific publications. His majors are systems of mathematical modeling and technology of total guidance of quality of education. In difficult economic situation has ensured the development of technical and social base of the university, growth of scientific researches. Married, has two sons. IVANOVO STATE POWER ENGINEEMNG UNIVERSITY Founded in July 23, 1930 on the basis of engineering-mechanical faculty of Ivanovo-Voznesensk Polytechnic Institute, established in August 10, 1918 by the decree of the Soviet of People's Commissars of the RSFSR. About 5000 students and postgraduate students study at six faculties of ISEU on 28 specialties of 12 directions. Educational process is carried out by 554 teachers, including 83 doctors of science, 328 Ph.Ds., 38 members of different Russian and international academies.
