Prof. Mikhailov developed and solved the problems of architecture design of software and information support of big systems what in its turn allowed to make an approach to the next step in elaboration of design and further development of computer-aided design, adaptable automated production systems and multimedia on-line tutorial systems. Main works and ideas presented by Grand PhD Mikhailov were described in his monographs: “Automation of the process of keeping and creation (of creation and realization ) software documentation in automated control”, (3.4 printer’s sheet ) ; “Flexible automated production” (3.4 p. sh.), “Scientific foundation of progressive engineering and technology” (8.2 p. sh.) , “Documentation in flexible production systems” (13 p. sh.), Methodological principles of designing computer-aided design” and also in 92 scientific articles. In 1990 - development and signing by the Russian and American parties, in view of results JVE, Reports to the Contract between the USSR and the USA about restriction of underground tests of the nuclear weapon and to the Contract between the USSR and the USA about underground nuclear explosions in the peace purposes. In the autumn of the same year the Congress the USA and a Supreme Soviet of the USSR ratified both Contracts, and on December, 9, 1990 they have come into force.
At the beginning of 90th he supervises a conclusion of a nuclear ammunition from territories of Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan. This activity represents V.N.Mihajlov's powerful contribution to maintenance of a mode of non-distribution, strengthening of the international safety and stability.
In 1992 he was elected vice-president of the International academy of informatisation, a member of the Russian academy of rocket - artillery sciences, the International electrotechnical academy.
In 1995-1998 he is a member of Security Council of Russia.

He is active participant of many international congresses and conferences, where he delivered reports on the results of the problems, being solved by him, obtained at researches of questions of finite automatic devices, ecology, international stability, asteroid danger, space activity. The results of all-round activity of the PhD and Grand PhD Morosov were: development of methodology of designing and estimation of efficiency of large information systems of special destination; solution of problems of strategic stability and national safety; solution of applied problems of creation and development of missile warning system and space monitoring system; complex researches of the international and social aspects of creation and development of missile warning system and double application of its facilities. The results of his researches were reflected in the monographs "Methodology of designing and basic directions of development of national information system" (1988) and "Principles of construction of radar-tracking facilities of high factorial readiness" (1995). The proceedings of Vladimir Morosov in the field of strategic stability and methodology of designing of large information systems became a basis of creation of national information system of special destination and substantiation of the concept of its development. Under his direct management and personal participation the complex research and construction work was executed, which resulted in the creation of new samples of engineering. In the early scientific researches Dr. Morosov was solving theoretical problems of automatic control and management, in particular: development of the theory of semi-Markov automatic devices, development of the theory of controlled movement of flying devices, development of the theory of detection of signals, which were published in the monograph "Automatic devices, hybrid and managing machines" (1972). Professor Moukhametzianova is a founder and the Rector of the Academy of Social Education (ASE) since 1993. She was born on September 2, 1938 in Tatarstan (town Zainsk). Since 1960 till 1965 she worked as teacher of history, Russian language and Literature in the town Arsk. In 1993 she founded and became a rector of Kazan social-law institute (now Academy of social education), where she works till now. Sergey MURAVYEV has graduated from the World Information Distributed University for degrees of the PhD and the Grand PhD. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. Professor Muravyev is outstanding scientist, high qualified designer, creator and manager of scientific researches in radio electronics, informatics and communication means, Deputy of General Director of Russian Agency of Control systems. In the beginning of 1970s he actively took part in researches of development of wide band radio location signals, he contributed greatly in development of theory and practices of Earth surface surveillance and creation of complicated space data-controlled radio systems. He contributed in intruding of new technologies of space digital radio links of surveillance and control of transceiver equipment development, testing and putting in quantity production. Dr.Muravyev’s major scientific interests are connected with investigation of digital phase-continuous frequency-manipulated time and spectral characteristics, and efficiency evaluation of its using in space digital radio links of data transmission. With his participation the methods of optimal forming and receiving of such signals and its next processing were developed, and other types of radio location signal's comparative characteristics were determined. Since middle of 80s Dr.Muravyev is taking immediate part in preparing and output of programs and directive documents, which determine organization, cooperation of complaints and determine the order of carrying on the works of creation of various radio electronic complexes and systems, including the development and production of perspective radio electronic component's base, also creation of branch's system of providing the reliability and environment effect testing, metrology providing of development processes, equipment testing and quantity production, mathematic and half-nature simulating, data support, patent investigation, all that essentially increased the technical level of production, the development and creation quality and reduced considerably the time of the carrying out of the works. Prof.Muravyev is an author and co-author of more then 100 scientific works, including 17 Russian patents in the fields of radio location, radio navigation, data control systems and managing of radio electronic industry. He is chief editor of "Radio industry" journal and he is a member of editorial staff of a number of science technique issues. He was manager, chairman and a participant of international and Russian science technique conferences and department coordinative councils concerning the problems of radio electronic equipment development. He was awarded by government rewards and he is Russian Federation Government Prize owner (1997). Intellectual interests of S.Muravyev are: history, literature, painting, and chess.
