Spartak KAGRAMANJAN has graduated from the World Information Distributed University for Degree of PhD and for Degree of Grand PhD in 2004. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. Prof. Kagramanjan is the Rector of Lazarev’s Institute of Oriental Studies (LIOS). He was born on March 10, 1931 in Armenian SSR. In 1948 he has completed the high school in ?-Pyshma of Sverdlovsk area. In 1953 he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute for Degree of the MS. Kagramanjan's labor activity began at the Ural machine works (Sverdlovsk), where he worked as the master of shop, the designer in a department of the Main designer of individual mechanical engineering. Since 1957 till 1966 he worked at the technical management of Sverdlovsk as an engineer, the chief of a department of automation in mechanization. In 1963 he was awarded with a badge of “the Honors pupil of Socialist competition of RSFSR”. Since 1966 till 1968 he worked as the head of sector of the Ural State University (then Sverdlovsk institute of a national economy). In 1966 he graduated for the degree of the candidate of economic sciences (PhD). Since 1968 till 1992 he worked as a head of sector, laboratory, department and the chief scientific employee of research and design institute (VNIKI) (Moscow). Since 1973 till 1974 he worked as a head of sector of the Scientific Research Institute of planning and specifications at the State Plan of the USSR. During this period of work he supervised over development on system of information streams of the automated system of scheduled calculations (?SPR) of the State Plan of the USSR. In 1980 he graduated for the Russian scientific degree of the doctor of economic sciences In 1981 he received an academic status « the Senior scientific employee », and in 1987 he was given the Title of Russian State Professor. Professor Kagramanjan S.L. is the leading expert of branch on the automated organizational economic control systems. In 1982 he was appointed as the chief designer of branch. He is the author of 105 ? scientific works.. Among the published works are the textbook and manuals for students of universities on a problem of control systems, introduced on the enterprises of branch, the book on the basis of use of economic-mathematical methods, the analysis of economic activities and of scientific and technical level of the enterprises. The basic developed scientific direction is the modeling of managerial processes and supply with information of organizational-economic control systems. For designing and construction of the USSR -Mongolian dressing enterprise he was awarded the Premium of Council of Ministers of the USSR with delivery of the diploma and a medal of the Winner of the Premium of Council of Ministers of the USSR in 1986. In 1991 for his merits in the field of metallurgy and long-term valorous work he was given a honorary title « the Deserved metallurgist of RSFSR » by the Decree of the President of a Supreme Soviet of RSFSR. Since 1992 Kagramanjan S.L. is appointed by the general director 000 "Institute KSMNK" which primary activity is educational. Since1993 till 1996 professor Kagramanjan S.L. conducted a teaching activity in Moscow Evening Metallurgical Institute. In 1993 he is elected the International academy of information by the full member of academy. In 2000 it is elected as the full member of the Academy of sciences of the international relations and as the president of academy. Professor Kagramanjan S.L. is a member of the specialized academic council of the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys on award of scientific degrees. In connection with revival of Lazarev Institute of East Languages and its transformation into Lazarev Institute of Oriental Studies, Professor Kagramanjan S.L. is appointed as the rector of institute. Mikhail KALASHNIKOV

Academician Kalashnikov is an outstanding personality in Global Problems. He has the Degrees of PhD, Grand PhD and Certificate of Full Professor from the WIDU. He is the Cavalier and Commander of The World Order of Science, Education, Culture. Mikhail Kalashnikov was born to a family of peasants in the village of Kurya (now the Altai district) in 1919. He entered a ten year school at age 7 in 1926. When he completed his schooling he went on to find work in Alma-Alta as a clerk at the Turkestan-Siberia railway. In the fall of 1938 he was drafted into the Red Army where he was to become a tank driver. While he was there he developed a device to measure the power of tank engines. Because of this he was sent to Leningrad in late 1939 to oversee the production of these gauges. When the Germans invaded in 1941 he returned to soldiering as a tank commander. His tank career did not last long. In October of that year Sr. Sergeant Kalashnikov was severely wounded in combat near Bryansk. His wounds were severe and he was evacuated to a safer area for treatment. Kalashnikov would spend six months in the hospital followed by a long recovery leave in Alma-Alta. It was during this time that he began designing weapons. In 1942 he completed the designs for his first submachine gun. Chambered in 7.62x25mm it allowed for both full and semi-automatic fire. The weapon also featured an under folding metal stock, a 30 round magazine, and was sighted out to a range of 500 meters. He then asked permission from the Kazakh Communist Party Central Committee to work in the machine shops of the Moscow Aviation Institute (which had by that time been moved to Alma-Alta). With the help of the head of the weapons department, A.I. Kazakov, Kalashnikov completed his weapon. It was then sent to the Felix E. Dzerzhinsky Artillery Academy for testing and inspection. The weapon was said to offer to few advantages over the PPS submachine gun developed by Sudaev to justify bringing it into full production. Despite this he was still encouraged to continue his work. Kalashnikov then began to study weapon design principles and history. Books by Fedorov (the designer of the first assault rifle) and Blagonravov (the leading Soviet small arms design specialist) gave him numerous insights. He also began studying various foreign weapon designs to gain a wider understanding of what already existed. Over the next few years Kalashnikov worked at the Kovrov machine gun factory and continued to design prototype submachine guns in a variety of calibers. Of all these it would be the prototype assault rifle of 1946 chambering the M-43 intermediate cartridge that would bring him lasting fame. The design required many hours of hard work, as well as advice from experts like Degtyarev, Simonov, Sudaev and others. It entered production in 1948 and was formally adopted the following year. He would go on to develop a whole family of weapons based on this design. Then in the 1970's he was instructed to craft a new version of his rifle to chamber a reduced caliber round of high velocity - the M-74 cartridge. Initially he protested claiming that it would not offer enough improvement over the existing model to justify the time and effort required to do so. Kalashnikov lost the argument in the end and went on to create the AK-74. Kalashnikov has received many awards for his contributions to the Soviet military. He has been made a Hero of Socialist Labor twice and received both the Lenin and State prize Laureates. Over his career he also received three Orders of Lenin, the Order of the October Revolution, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Order of Friendship of the People's, and an Order of the Red Star. As of 1995 he held a position as Technical-Colonel in the reserves. In addition to this he also served as a member of the Supreme Soviet on several occasions. In the 1990's he still worked at the Izhevsk Industrial Company that is the primary manufacturer of his rifles.

He is the Full Professor of the WIDU.He was born on the 12th of October 1941 in Pensa region. In 1963 he graduated from the Belinsky Pensa State Pedagogical University with the speciality of the Biology and Geography teacher, m 1967 he finished postgraduate study at the Krupskaya Moscow Regional Pedagogical Institute with the speciality "Plant Physiology". He is Doctor of Biology (1981), Professor (1982), Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Honoured Scientist of the Russian Federation, Vice-President of the Society of Physiologists of Russia's plants. Since 1983 he is Head of Botany sub-faculty at the Belinsky Pensa State Pedagogical University. Scientific interests: study of sex evolution and regulation, ontogenesis and plants productivity. Ecological hormone genetic concept of plant sex manifestation was formulated. New original provisions on the role of organs and fitohormones synthesized in them in sexualization of plants were worked out. In the 60-ies the following methods were put forward: the method of malt receipt escalation and activity increase of amylase ferment in malt for maltose production with the help ofgibberellins. Since the 90-ies the method ofblow-and-wave impact on seeds with the aim of plant productivity increase in closed soil has been used. The patents have been got. More than 180 works are published, 2 of them are monographs devoted to the problem of plant sex (one of them was translated into English and published by Springer-Verlag publishing house). Scientific articles are published in magazines: Planta, Naturwissen-schaften, DAN, Plant Physiology, Agricultural Biology, Reports of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Botany Journal, Physiology and Biochemistry of Cultivated Plants. He is a participant of many international and Russian Congresses and conferences (Bulgaria, New Zealand, the USA, Syria, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia...). He is Head of the post-graduate Plants Physiology and Biochemistry study. He has prepared more than 10 candidates of Biology. He is Honoured Worker of Higher Professional Training of the Russian Federation, Honoured Professor of the Belinsky Pensa State Pedagogical University, hi 1998 he was awarded with the diploma "The Person of the Year" by the American Biography Institute (the USA).

Amiran KHVADAGIANI graduated from the World Information Distributed University (WIDU) in 2004. He received the degree of PhD and the degree of Grand PhD. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. Professor Khvadagiani is the Rector of Kutaisi State Technical University. The object of Professor Amiran Khvadagiani is getting materials, containing of improved physical-mechanical properties. He has been head of the chair of native history and system of teaching history in the Belinsky Penza State Pedagogical University. Area of scientific interests: the agrarian history of Russia in the 20*1 century Since the beginning of 1990-es he is a participant of international projects of the RAS Russian History Institute: "Sociological-Historical Study of Russian Villages", "The Peasant Revolution in Russia", "The Tragedy of the Soviet Village: Collectivisation and Dispossession of the Kulaks", "The Soviet Village through the eyes of AREC - OGPU - PCDA". He is a laureate of grants by Soros, Ford, RGNF funds for his works in the agrarian history of Russia. He is a participant of international conferences in history of the USSR (agrarian aspect) in the USA, Japan, Italy. He is a senior probationer of the Cannan Institute (the USA) (1996) specializing in problems of poverty and hunger in developing countries. He is the author of more than 100 works in the agrarian history of Russia in the 20' century in Russian and foreign scientific editions, including 9 monographs and documentary collections (individual and joint).

Nikolay Vasilevich KORENEVSKIY

Korenevskiy Nikolay Vasilevich (b.1953) earned the degree of PhD, the degree of Grand PhD and the Full Professor of the WIDU. In 1975 he graduated from the Kursk Polytechnic Institute.
Mr. Korenevsky has been working at the Kursk State Technical University since 1975. In 1983 he submitted Kandidate thesis in the field of Technical Cybernetics and Theory of Information. In 1993 Mr. Korenevskiy submitted Doctorate thesis in the field of Management in biological and medical sciences and in 1994 he was awarded by the scientific degree of Professor.
In 1993 he founded and became a head of the chair of Biochemical, Informational and Technical Apparatus and Systems. The students of this chair are trained on three levels: bachelors, specialists and holders of Master's degree.
Mr. Korenevskiy successfully uses creative approach in educational process, preparing specialists in the field of biomedical techniques on such specialities as Biotechnical and medical apparatus and systems and Engineering in medical and biological work. Bachelors and Masters in Biomedical Engineering are also prepared here.
At the chair, headed by Mr. Korenevskiy, the education of highly qualified specialists on post- graduate and doctorate courses is organized and successfully realized. Here the students are trained on such specialities as 05.13.01. "Medical Analysis, Management and Processing of Information (in medicine)" and 05.13.10. "Management in Social and Economic Systems". About 25 competitors and graduate students are trained on postgraduate courses annually. 45 Kandidate thesis and 2 Doctorate thesis in technical, medical and biological sciences were written and submitted under the supervision of Mr. Korenevskiy.
Mr. Korenevskiy was awarded with the order in the field of medical and technical sciences by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, it was a breast medal "Honored Worker of High Professional Education in the Russian Federation".
Mr. Korenevskiy worked out many different courses dealing with preparation of Bachelors, Specialists and Masters and post-graduate students in the fields of medical and biological sciences. His books, recomended by Scientific Methodical Council as educational aids on corresponding branches and specialties, are used in educational presses by leading Universities of Russia.
Under the supervision of Mr. Korenevskiy a scientific school "Medical and Ecological Informational Technologies" was created and developed at the Kursk State Technical University and Medical University. The results of its work are published in a magazine of annual International Scientific and Technical Conference edited by Mr. Korenevskiy.
Mr. Korenevskiy is an author of more than 300 scientific, educational and methodical papers, 10 of them are monographs, 4 are educational books. There are 29 inventions and patents which are actively used both in educational presses and in implementation of scientific researches.
Mr. Korenevskiy was chosen as an Academician of International Academy of Ecology and Safety of Man and Nature, Academy of Educational Informatizsation, Academy of Metrology and Corresponding Member of International Academy of Information. In 1996 Mr. Korenevskiy was elected as a president of the regional department of International Academy of Ecology and Safety of Man and Nature. He is a member of two Doctorate Councils on 4 specialties and a member of scientific and methodical council.

Alexander KORLYAKOV has graduated from the World Information Distributed University for degrees of the PhD and the Grand PhD. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU. He was born in 1950. He graduated from the Higher Naval Engineering School in 1973. He made his military service in the Navy, on strategic-purpose atomic missile submarine cruisers. He was on the staff of several State Commissions, held lectures. He is the Russian Doctor of technical sciences, professor. PhD, Grand PhD, Full Professor. He is a Winner of International Prizes, Full member of a number of International Academies, Constitutor of some foundations, and founder of international and Russian Universities and Academies. The main endeavors of his activities are educational programmers. He is President of the World Distributed University which was registered in May, 1999 in Saint Petersburg. The University, a part of the European Academy for Informatisation, has been accredited at the Academy's home office in Brussels. Full Professor, DOKTOR NAUK,., the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences(PhD), the Honorable Doctor of Innovative - Creative Management, the Honorary Member of the Union of Lawyers of Russia, Managing faculty « Technology of mechanical engineering » at Podolsk Institute of the Moscow State Open University. The scientific career was beginning in 1983 after the graduating from the All-Union Correspondence Polytechnic Institute on specialty «Technology of mechanical engineering, metal-cutting machine tools and tools»(MS). He was working at the enterprises of machine-building structure and deal with problems of tool manufacture. I.Korotkov has inventions by kinds of industrial equipment. His works are connected with development and introduction of new methods of the combined processing of difficulty profile products both for the tool industry, and for products of space-rocket techniques and they have an exclusive importance. Mr. Korotkov has published over 40 scientific articles and more than 64 theses of reports at scientific conferences, including the international conferences Those papers are devoted to problems of technological durability. The result of scientific activity in the given area was published in a PhD’s thesis «Increase of efficiency of manufacturing techniques of precision details with application of methods of the combined finishing processing». I.Korotkov's second extensive sphere of activity is pedagogical activity. Having graduated in 1991 from the Moscow State University and having received preparation in scientific research institute of problems of the higher school of the Ministry of the high and average special education of the USSR on a direction «Psychology - pedagogical bases of educational process in high school» I.Korotkov worked all over again on the average a special educational institution then in high school. In 2001 he has published PhD’s thesis «Designing of a system method at construction of a subject of a technological structure ». I.Korotkov in the co-authorship publishes 19 textbooks and manuals of the Russian Federations recommended the Ministry of Education for students of high schools. Especially it is necessary to note the manual «Course designing on technology of mechanical engineering» constructed on principles of a system method of studying of technological disciplines. By I.Korotkov it is published over 24 monographs devoted to problems and prospects of development of the high technical education, and also to bases of creative examination of social and economic processes. For outstanding merits in the field of processing products for it is rocket space techniques the federation of Astronautics of the Russian Federation I.Korotkov was awarded with the supreme award of Federation - a medal K.E.Tsioikovsky, he was awarded with medals of a name of academician M.V.Keldysh, J.V.Kondratjuk, A.M.Isaev, M.K Jangel, and also with a medal of the first cosmonaut of a planet J.A.Gagarin and a commemorative medal of a name of pilot-cosmonaut V.M.Komarov, for development of equipment designs, press forms and adaptations he was awarded with a bronze medal of an exhibition of national economy achievements in Moscow. Professor A. Kostin is an eminent scientist of Russia, his name and works are known all over the world. He is widely known as a great scientist in the field of documentation and director of a large corporation producing all kinds of information facilities and technologies used in the system of higher and secondary education. Pavlina  Ph. KRAVTCHUCK

Kravtchuck Pavlina Pheodosievna (b.1936) is Professor, Full Member of the Russian Academy of Social Sciences, Full Member of the Academy of Arts, Vice-President of this Academy. She earned the degree of PhD, the degree of Grand PhD and the Full Professor of the WIDU.
During 34 years of labor activity in the system of Higher Education (since 1970) P.Kravtchuck, as the Chief of the Department and then as the Dean, paid much attention to examining  creative activity and personality, worked out innovative methods of training High School specialists, based upon the student's personality formation and, first of all, his/her creative potential. The results were successful and they were presented in the publications and methods works, approved at the international, Russian and regional conferences.
This conception and technology became the basis of the science school, which has been headed by Pavlina Pheodosievna for the last 16 years, as the Chief of the Department of the KSTU. Lecturers of the Department successfully use these methods in the development of creative thinking at lectures and seminars.
During ten years Kravtchuk P.Ph. has been coordinating the work of 9 Russian Higher Schools while working out the State Programme "Russia's Peoples:
Revival and Development" in the sphere of: "Creative functions in the development of Society". According to this programme many science forums, international and Russian scientific-practical conferences were held.
Professor Kravtchuck, as the Vice-President of the Academy of Arts, is the head of this Academy branch in the Kursk region. She is Chairman of the Public Council of the "Personality, Culture, Society" journal, which is edited by the Russian Academy of Arts. She is also member of the editorial board of "Izvestia Kursk STU" journal.
Since 1993 Professor Kravtchuck has been supervising Post Graduate Course in N 22.00.06. - Sociology and Spiritual Life field.
Since 1997 she is the head of the Dissertation Council in the speciality N, 22.00.06. - Sociology and Spiritual Life and N 22.00.03. - Economic Sociology
and Demography fields. 50 PhD students submitted their works at this Council, 20 of them being her own Ph D students.
Nowadays 35 PhD students work under her control and their research work is carried out in the sphere of the main trends of science work of the department:
Personality, Creation, and Culture. International symposia, scientific conferences were held in this field.
The Professor performs joint work with Opolsk University and Opolsk Polytechnic University. They published scientific works, exchange their experience. She has published scientific articles in Poland and Bulgaria. She has about 100 published scientific works including 5 monographs.
Students and post-graduate students are involved in her scientific work. 2 Grants have being worked out for the previous three years and at present the postgraduates are carrying out 2 Grants under the supervision of Professor Kravtchuck Pavlina Pheodosievna.

He is President of World University of Science, Education and Society Development. Professor Kupreychik is one of the outstanding scientists of Russia, public figure and talented psychotherapist. He is widely known in the Russian psychological community. He considers-that the cardinal break in a science can be achieved by uniting of different areas of scientific knowledge. He works hard above creation of the new conceptual model of psychology that is basing on physiology and also on last researches in the field of genetics and biochemistry of cell processes- He strongly believes that it will allow switching psychology from area of humanitarian sciences in area of natural sciences. He develops and supports the concept of psychobiology and psychogenetic. Within his scientific works and monographs he focuses his attention to researches of unconscious processes as the demonstration of natural process of functional asymmetry of brain hemispheres. He is the author of the concept of psychotherapeutic efficiency. According to this concept unconscious processes lies in the basis of effective psychotherapeutic interventions. Basing this conclusion he has found the common base for modem psychotherapeutic methods and further he has developed the practical recommendations fur construction of the effective multilevel communications 'therapist-client'. Mr. Kupreychik works above creation of criterion of an estimation of efficiency of existing and again created psychotherapeutic methods used in clinical practice. Prof. Kupreychik supervises over scientific and practical work in the field of social-psychological problems of subject-object interaction of the interpersonal relations. The further developments of this work are the researches of conceptual model of atmosphere philosophies' of interpersonal and group interactions as well as genera! forms and patterns of mental processes and behavior within the framework of mathematical psychology. In 1999 Kupreychik Leonid has founded the Scientific-methodological Center of psychology of the person and social groups, which has put a beginning of the development of series of the unique educational psychotherapeuticat programs. This Center has become a research laboratory giving an opportunity to the scientist to carry out the researches together with leading medical psycho neurological institutes. Kupryanov Valeriy Nikolaevich was born in June 29, 1940. In 1963 V.N. Kupryanov graduated from the Kazan Institute of Civil Engineering with Honor Diploma and for his "inclination to scientific work" he was left to work at the Institute at the position of assistant. Since that year till present time he has been working at the Institute on the position assistant, senior teacher, senior lecturer, professor, Dean, Rector (since 1988). Postgraduate course at the All-Union Research Institute of new building materials (Moscow 1966-1968) resulted in defending the PhD thesis in 1968 on the following subject: "Research and development of laboratory test methods of Thiokol germ tics using for building purpose". His further scientific research deals with the estimation of operational stability, durability and service period of awning materials. Designing and introduction of constructions with protections made of awning materials was carried out. Among them the first in the USSR awning covering of the public center (43 meters in diameter) in the International youth camp "Volga", film hothouses on metal skeleton with special structure, awning garage for 50 motor vehicles, etc. the study of operation conditions of awning materials in protections of the above mentioned and over constructions demanded the development of methods and devices for measurement of pressure, deformations, humidity and other properties of awning materials in protections. A number of methods and devices are protected by copyright. The further researches are connected with modeling of external influences in laboratory conditions. A series of unique laboratory devices that model climatic factors (solar radiation, temperature, humidity, and overhead irrigation) and mechanical loadings (mono-axe and di-axe stretching, constant and repeated loading) was created for these purposes. A number of devices have no analogies in the world. Copyright certificates and patents protect some units and details of devices. Research in this field resulted in defending the Doctoral thesis in 1988 in the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute (MISI) named by Kuibyshev on the subject: "Durability of awning materials (Scientific principals and methodology of quick estimation of service period of materials in the set conditions of operation)". The further scientific researches were directed to the research of information technologies at calculations of durability and service period of awning materials through construction of spatial models of awning materials and distribution of intense deformable condition in film covering and reinforcing strings. Alongside with the researches of awning materials the works dealing with estimation of service period of front coverings, roofing and other materials is carrying out at the laboratory. During the resent years V.N. Kupryanov's interest was displaced in area of reconstruction and restoration of architectural heritage, preservation and revival of historical cities. The Decision of Cabinet of Tatarstan Republic "About inclusion of the island-town Sviyazsk into the UNESCO list of the World cultural heritage" served as a push in it. The Concept of revival of island-town Sviyazsk was developed, and text and a graphic material were prepared and send for examination to UNESCO experts. The All-Russia scientific - practical conference (1966) was carried out and the fist book "Revival of island-town Sviyazsk" (1977) was issued.
