Anatoly IKSANOV

Anatoly G.Iksanov took office in September 2000 as a General Director of State Academic Bolshoi theatre. He graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Theatre, Music and Cinematography, faculty of theater science (chair of economy and organization of theatre management) for degree M.A. in 1977. He received his Ph.D. in Global Problems and Certificate of Full Professor from the World Information Distributed University in 2004. From 1977 till 1978 Mr. Iksanov worked as a senior manager of Leningrad Maly Drama Theatre and later (1978-83) as a senior manager of Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater named after M.Gorky. From 1983 till 1996 he took post of Deputy Director of Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theatre and the position of Director in 1996. In 1994 Anatoly Iksanov set up a Charity Foundation of the Bolshoi Drama Theatre and became its Executive Director. He was the Deputy General Director of the Culture TV Channel from 1998 till 2000. Anatoly Iksanov studied the experience in the field of art management, worked on probation in the theatres of the USA, France, and Switzerland. He is a co- author of two books: How to fund-raise for the culture (St. Petersburg, 1995) and The Charity Foundation of the Bolshoi Drama Theatre. Theory and Practice of Success (St. Petersburg, 1997). He is a Laureate of Large Entry: Persons of Year 2003.

Vladimir ILYIN

He graduated from the World Information Distributed University for the degrees of PhD and Grand PhD in 2003. He is the Full Professor of the WIDU.Date of birth- May, 16, 1952. Place of birth - Penza, Russia. V. Ilyin graduated from the Saratov State University named after Chemyshevsky with the qualification of a teadber of Biology and Chemistry in 1981. V. Ilyin has been the Head of Zoology and Ecology Department at the Penza State University named after Belinsky since 1993. He has been a member of the International Surviving Species Committee (SSC/IUSN), Switzerland since 1994. V. Ilyin got the degree of Doctor of Science (Biology), Professor in 2000. The area of his scientific research is fauna, zoogeography and ecology of land vertebral animals of European part of Russia and adjacent regions. He took part in seven expeditions of the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, he was the organizer and the inspirer of more than thirty expeditions of Zoology and Ecology Department at the Penza State Pedagogical University. These expeditions worked in the Caucasus and the South Urals, Kazakhstan, the Volga region, Siberia, etc. The results of this scientific work were included into the volume «Animals» of the International Red Book, they were reported in Great Britain and published in Spain, France, Poland, the USA and Russia. For the first time in the world he proved dependence of spreading non-nomadic hand-winged species on the definite forms of relief. All in all he published about 100 scientific works.

Gusman ISKHAKOV

ISKHAKOV Gusman Gumerovich has received the Decrees of PhD, Grand PhD and Certificate of Full Professor from the World Information Distributed University in 2004. He is the President of Theological Administration of Muslims of Republic Tatarstan (DUM R?), the Chairman of Association of the Muslim Religious Organizations "KAZAN MUFTIAT ", the Co-chairman of Council of MUFTIS of Russia, and the Rector of the Russian Islamic University. Was born on May, 25, 1957 in Kazan. In 1964-74 studied in high school of Kazan. From November, 1975 till November, 1977 served in army in the Western group of armies (GDR). From August, 1978 till June, 1982 studied in Bukhara in MEDRES. In June, 1982 he is appointed as a Crucial Secretary of Spiritual Management of Moslems of the European part of the USSR. From August, 1984 till June, 1985 he is a student of Islamic university in Tripoli (Libya).From October, 1985 till June, 1994 – IMAM KHATIB of Mosques in Bashkortostan. Simultaneously since August, 1991he is - the Rector of Muslim University in October. In 1990-94 he is elected as a- Deputy of City Council in October. On August, 31, 1992 he as the participant of constituent Congress of DUM R? in Naberezhnye Chelny: has been put forward on a post of MUFTI of Tatarstan, but has removed the nominee for the benefit of other person. Since September, 1992 he is the first Assistant Nigmatullin in DUM of Republic Bashkortostan. In January, 1994 he has made KHADG to Mecca, In January, 1995 at II congress of Spiritual Management of Moslems of Republic Tatarstan (DUM ??) he is elected as the first assistant to MUFTI Galiullin. Since 1997 Iskhakov is the honorary academician of the Russian Academy of the humanities. On February, 14, 1998 in Kazan passes unifying Congress of Moslems during which 430 voices from 690 (all there were 718 delegates) Iskhakov has been elected Mufti of DUM ??.Since July, 1998 Iskhakov is the Rector of the Russian Islamic University in Kazan. On February, 4-6, 2000 (Chad) he participated in the International Islamic Conference in N'Djamena, organized by Association «Islamic appeal In May, 2000 has been elected the Head of Association of the Muslim religious organizations " KAZAN MUFTIAT ". On February, 5, 2002 he is again elected MUFTI of DUM ??.

Victor Yevgenievich IVANOV

IVANOV Victor Yevgenievich Ph.D., Grand Ph.D. Elected rector of Kaliningrad State Technical University in December of 1988. Professor, full member of International Academy of Informastization full member of RANS, president of Kaliningrad regional section of International Academy of Informatization. After finishing in 1971 Kaliningrad Technical Institute of Fishing Industry and Economy (KTIFIE) worked as chair assistant, senior teacher, senior lecturer, head of chair, pro-rector on educational work of the institute. Scientific activity of V.E. Ivanov is devoted to examination of tasks of the fishery fleet and fishery enterprises management' automation. At present he carries out researches on semiotic modeling of the production' operational guidance processes, development, introduction and exploitation of the integrated intellectual systems of managing the economy and educational processes in the higher school. 109 scientific works and 22 works of educational-methodical character were published. Awarded with medals "For Labor Valor" (l986), "300 years of Russian Fleet" (1996). mark "Honored Worker of Fishing Industry of Russia" (1995). KALININGRAD STATE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Founded in 191.'! initially as a faculty of Moscow Agricultural Academy. In 1930 on this faculty' basis an institute was created; in 1958 was moved from Moscow to Kaliningrad and got a name of Kaliningrad State Technical University (KTIFIE). In 1994 got its current name. About 5000 students study on 13 directions and 23 specialties. Educational process is carried out by 437 teachers, including "285 with degrees and titles.
