Dr.MATTHEW HE has graduated from the World Information Distributed University in 2004. He received the degrees of the PhD and Grand PhD and certificate of Full Professor  of the WIDU. Dr. Matthew He is the full Professor and the Director of the Division of Math, Science, and Technology of Nova Southeastern University, Florida, USA. Dr. Matthew He received his Ph. D. in Mathematics in University of South Florida in 1991. Dr. Matthew X. He was research associate at the Department of Mathematics, Eldgenossische Technische Hochschule, Zurich, Switzerland, the Department of Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, Cambridge University, Cambridge, England. Dr. Matthew He was also a visiting professor at University of Rome, Italy, and Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. The academician Matthew He is an outstanding scientist, organizer, and a strong community leader in science, economics, and culture. Dr. Matthew He has published over 60 research papers in mathematics, computer science, information theory and bioinformatics. Dr. Matthew He is a guest editor of Journal of Biological Systems (2004). Dr. Matthew He is an Associate Editor of the Proceedings of the International Conference on Mathematics and Engineering Techniques in Medicine and Biological Sciences (Since 2002). Dr. Matthew He received the World Academy of Sciences Achievement Award in recognition of his research contributions in the field of computing in 2003. Dr. Matthew He is a Chairman of International Society of Symmetry in Bioinformatics and a member of International Advisory Board of "International Symmetry Association (ISA). Dr. Matthew He received Faculty of the Year Award in Excellence of Teaching and Research in 2002 at NSU. Dr. Matthew He is a member of American Mathematical Society, Association of Computing Machinery and IEEE Computer Society. In the early scientific researches, Dr. Matthew He solved the conjectures of the zeros distributions of Jacobi polynomials associated with varying weights and further extended the results to relativistic polynomials which have great impact on mathematical physics. Dr. Matthew He also performed extensive numerical and scientific computation on the zeros distributions of Faber polynomials associated with complex domains which paved the road for a broad studies of zeros of orthogonal polynomials on the special complex regions. The academician Matthew He further expanded his work in developing mathematical algorithms for non-rigid motion analysis. The algorithms were well implemented and applied to various medical data associated with human hearts and faces. These algorithms were also applied to small deformations and clouds motion analysis. In recent years, academician Matthew He has made a profound discovery on the connection between genetic code and stochastic matrices. It is hoped that these relationships will help us explore the structure of genetic code. Alongside with scientific activity the academician Matthew He co-founded Chinese Association of Science, Economics, and Culture of South Florida and served as the executive director of Chinese schools in South Florida. Dr. Matthew He serves as board directors of several international associations and actively involved in promoting science, education, and technology. Matthew X. Yaroslav HETAGUROV has earned the Degrees of PhD, Grand PhD and the Certificate of Full Professor from the World Information Distributed University. Academician Hetagurov is the General director of the Main computer center of Intourist, the Vice- chairman of dissertational Council on awarding the scientific degree "DOKTOR NAUK" D.520.005.01, the Professor of faculties: " Applied mathematics "( Moscow aviation institute) and " Intellectual control systems " (Moscow engineering - physical institute), the Member of " Educationalmethodical association " at MGTU (Bauman Institute), the Member of Council " Virtual computer museum " Russia. The main directions of his scientific researches are devoted to problems of development of the theory and practice of creation of the highly reliable digital computing systems working in real time. He was the main designer of 15th MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS of sea and ground basing. His basic theoretical and practical results for them are stated in 22 books, monographies and manuals, among which: " Bases of engineering designing of managing digital computers ". ?., 1991 " Increase of reliability of digital devices by methods of superfluous coding ". ?. " Bases of designing of managing computing systems ", ?.,. " Bases of construction of the automated systems of processing of information and management ". ?.2002. He published more than 320 articles, theses of reports at the international and Russian conferences. He He is a supervisor of more than 70 doctorate (eqv. PhD) and a consultant of 13 theses for a DOKTOR's degree.He is the associate editor of the collection " Modern information technologies " He has the Russian Degrees of MS, PhD, Grand PhD and the Title of Professor.He is the Winner of Lenin Prize and the Prize of Council of Ministers. He is the Hooured Professor of MEPhI and the academician of the IIA.
