The International Conference and the Award Ceremony of the Albert Schweitzer International University and of the World Order of Science, Education and Culture held on November 11 in Madrid assembled an important number of Diplomats, Scientists and Professors from all over the world around the figures of Pierre Marchand and Ambassador Dumitru Mazilu. During the event the candidature of the former Vicepresident of Romania, Dr. Mazilu, for the Peace Nobel Prize was put forward.
