The Kyrgyz Department (KD) of the World Information Distributed University (WIDU) that was established in 2001 would like to proclaim the following:

The era of globalization presented the society with the great opportunity of the possibility of the exchange of information and the ideas between the prominent figures in the world. KD would like to welcome this opportunity and contribute to the global society on its behalf.

The KD would like to promote the aims of the WIDU and therefore would encourage the unification of attestation of Doctors of Science and Doctors of Philosophy of the field experts and specialists. The aim of the department would be to provide all the necessary assistance to the scholars, public figures, outstanding experts and specialists in supervision; training and obtaining the qualification of Grand Ph.D.'s and Ph.D.'s; provide support in publishing the scientific materials and other administrative help.Furthermore, the KD would like to note the great significance of the scientific journal "Science.Education.Culture." and its role to the World order in the global society and being one of the important sources in the exchange of information

The KD would like to welcome and encourage all the scholars, public figures, business people and everyone, who is interested in the development of education and interested in creation of global qualification and attestation to support this matter.
