Following the policy of creators of Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem (S.O.S.J.) to perform charitable works around the globe, to run outstanding charitable projects, to help unselfish all people to solve problems of their health, education, culture and life s work, Parties conclude this Treaty concerning of mutual aid with a purpose to create the information community of Europe.

The World Order SCIENCE. EDUCATION. CULTURE. (S.E.C.) has aims to attract prominent scholars, public figures and businessmen to the scientific, educational and cultural activity, to create an unified information space, to strengthen informal links between prominent figures of the World.

The S.E.C. intends to help members of the S.O.S.J. in solving problems of their education, and first of all, in training Ph.D. and Grand Ph.D..

S.O.S.J. intends to help the S.E.C. in solving organization problems and in passing an experience of charitable work around the globe.

Both Parties make a request the scholars, statesmen, public figures, businessmen, everyone who interested in creating the information society of Europe for support on this matter.
