L'Academie Europeenne d'Informatisation [A.E.I] and Eureka - Belgium

regard necessary by joint efforts to the utmost in every possible way to explicate and to maintain direct links between the businessmen, scientists and experts in different fields of knowledge with the purpose to create the information community of Europe.

Taking into account importance and difficulty of solution of a problem of rapproachement of the competent experts of East and Western Europe, A.E.I and Eureka - Belgium are going to derivate original "bridge" for relations between the businessmen and experts of East and West.

The solution of global fundamental and applied problems of creating of information community is coupled to intensive preparation of the experts of maximum qualification. With allowance for of accrued experience and role of Belgium in the European Union, both parties A.E.I. and Eureka - Belgium are going to conduct in Belgium and other countries preparation of such experts by means of holding the conferences, seminars, business meetings and symposiums, involving to this the competent experts, teachers and lecturers from universities of Belgium, European countries and countries of CIS.

Both parties are going to unite efforts for fulfilment of the projects under the tasks of the European Commission and large companies in interests of the European community.

A.E.I and Eureka - Belgium. consider expedient to create mutual beneficial effect of a condition for the members of the organizations with the purpose of rendering assistance in preparation and protection of thesises on a degree of the Doctor of Philosophy and Grand Doctor of Philosophy the rewarding by awards and diplomas, carrying out of joint conferences, issuing of the books, journals and newspapers.
