Academie Europeenne d'Informatisation including the Association of the Universities, World Information Distributed University, the Association of Attestation Committees, World Order SCIENCE.EDUCATION.CULTURE., created by Royal Decree and Centre International d'Informatisation registered in Belgium, from one side,

Eureka-International, registered in Austria , from other side,

regard necessary by joint efforts to maintain direct links between the businessmen, innovators, inventors, scholars, experts, statesmen and public figures with the purpose to create the information society of Europe.

The further progress is determined by concentration of the highest qualification experts in search of ways and means for solving global, fundamental and applied problems.

The links between research, innovation and education, as well as the employment prospects are getting more and more important. More than ever, new technologies and their creative prospects generate new vocations and many jobs.

The highest qualification experts, innovators and inventors, creators of new technologies are designing our future for the benefit of Humanity. There is came a time, when it is necessary to train the experts at the level of the Grand doctor of philosophy (Grand Ph.D.). Those experts will be able to lead groups of Ph.D. scientists of various fields of knowledge, innovators and inventors for solving global problems.

Both parties note the exceptional importance of the World Information Distributed University - WIDU, where the Grand Ph.D. are trained side by side with Ph.D.

Parties intend to create departments of the WIDU in Austria.

Both parties mean to support the European Association of the Universities and Higher Schools, who should ensure the creation of programs of training of Grand Ph.D. and Ph.D., and to reinforce the Association of International Higher Attestation Committees and Commissions, the aim of which is the realization of the agreements of countries about the equivalent of certificates.

Parties make a request to the scholars, experts, innovators and inventors, statesmen, public figures, businessmen for support on this matter.
