Financial Information.
All tuition and fees are calculated using cost per credit Hour. Doctoral Programs are 120 Credits. Grand Doctoral Programs are 100 Credits. Programs of Professors and Associate Professors are 100 and 80 Credits accordingly. The cost of one Credit is 200 USD for mass universities and 1000 USD for prestigious ones [Harvard, Yale, WIDU and so on].
There are two Funds of WIDU: the Fund of Board of Guardians; the Senate Fund. The Fund of Board of Guardians gives 390 Credits for life, which compensated by an educational and scientific work without payment: monograph[20 Credits]; doctoral program[10]; recruiting of doctorate[10]; appearance[5]; member of doctoral committee[2]; scientific article[1 Credit]. The Senate Fund gives 5-6 Credits for 2-3 years.
